Tesco launched Sunflower Lanyards in every store to make shopping easier for those with hidden disabilities.
1 in 6 people in the UK has a hidden disability, which means that many of Tesco’s 321,000 employees are affected.
Due to their personal understanding, they are well-suited not only to offer assistance but also to educate their colleagues.
With over 3.5M views, 7,500 likes and 2,300 retweets on Twitter alone, it’s Tesco’s most successful piece of social content to date.
